With every Home Watch:
Customers receive a detailed report
that is custom to your homes needs. These reports will arrive in your email as a PDF form that you can review any issues that were found upon each inspection.

Home Watch Packages can be frozen and restarted whenever desired. Emergency visit rates are an additional charge. Every home watch is custom made to every house. Whatever is needing to be checked at your home, we will adapt to make sure it fits your needs and wants.
OUR SERVICES
Upon Arrival
o Exterior check of grounds, landscape, pests, lawn and sprinklers.
o Visual check of out door light fixtures.
o Visual exterior check including roof, AC units, fence, mailbox, pool cage.
o Walk whole exterior checking for signs of vandalism or forced entry.
o Turn on water.
o Enter home, disable security system.
Interior Check
o Check all windows and doors to insure they are locked and water tight.
o Visual check for signs of water damage, mold and mildew.
o Cycle the water: flush toilets, run water in sinks (including garbage disposal), tubs and
showers.
o Check the hot water heater – electric turn breaker off – gas turn setting to low
o Check for insects, pests and rodents.
o Check closets, pantry and storage cabinets.
o Verify AC is working and settings; adjust as necessary.
o Check refrigerator, freezers and wine coolers for proper temperature and operation.
o Check circuit breaker panels.
o Check garage (including trash) and make sure door to garage is locked.
Departure
o Final departure “Look.Listen.Lock.”
o Enable security system, lock doors.
o Turn off water supply.
o Notify home owner via email if any problems.
Additional Check

o Charge, start and operate vehicles
o Check or operate any other items in the house that are unique to your house
